New CRM applications look clean because they are empty. The pain you feel today is not ‘the old product’. It is duplicates, skipped stages, integrations that overwrite owners, and a team that does not trust the screen. Those problems will travel if you map every object across.

A cheaper first step

A pre-migration health check is slower than a vendor workshop and much cheaper than a failed move. You get an inventory, a do-not-copy list, and a quality snapshot. Hand it to whoever implements the next system. We are content to stay on the source side of the fence.
