Terms of use

These terms govern use of mindpipelinegrid.digital and, where you engage us, the audit of a CRM application by Mind Pipeline Grid of 11A Jln TPK 2/7, Taman Perindustrian Kinrara, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan 58200, Malaysia. Last updated 12 August 2026.

The site

This website describes our audit practice. It is not an offer to sell software, licences, or a subscription. Fees shown on audit pages are informational starting ranges in ringgit. A contract exists only when we send a written engagement note and you accept it.

What an audit is

We examine a CRM application you already operate. We produce findings, a map of the spoken process against the configured process, and a workshop. We do not warrant that following the findings will increase revenue, reduce cost, or satisfy a regulator. We are not your legal counsel, your data protection officer, or your CRM vendor.

Independence

We do not resell CRM products and we do not take referral fees from vendors for naming them in a report. If that ever changed, we would say so in the engagement note before work started.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to grant us the access we need, or to sit with us while we watch. You must not ask us to copy personal data off the system except as needed to evidence a finding, and you remain the controller of that data. You confirm that sample records we see may include customer information you are allowed to share with a professional adviser under your own policies and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Confidentiality and the report

We treat your process, record samples, and findings as confidential. The written report is yours. We may keep a copy for the period stated in the privacy notice, then delete it. We may use anonymised patterns in field notes on this site only where an organisation cannot be identified.

Intellectual property

Our method, templates, and the wording of the report as a document remain our intellectual property. You may use the report inside your organisation and share it with advisers you appoint. You may not republish it as a product or training course.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data in your CRM, or decisions you take after reading the findings. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Website use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that burdens the host. Content is provided as general information about our practice. Contact details on the site may be used to reach us about audit work, not for unsolicited marketing lists.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer if the Consumer Protection Act applies to a particular booking.
