Fees and refunds

This notice applies to professional audit work booked with Mind Pipeline Grid, 11A Jln TPK 2/7, Taman Perindustrian Kinrara, Kuala Lumpur. It does not describe product returns, shipping, or digital downloads — we do not sell those. Last updated 12 August 2026.

How fees are charged

Audit fees are set in the engagement note after the scoping call. The website ranges (for example “from RM 9,800”) are informational. We invoice in Malaysian ringgit. There is no checkout or card form on this site. A deposit may be required to reserve the workshop dates; the engagement note will state the amount, usually 30% of the agreed fee.

Scoping calls

The forty-five minute scoping call is not charged. If you do not attend and do not cancel, we will offer one more time. After a second no-show we may decline to hold a further slot for 60 days.

Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel in writing more than five working days before the agreed start (the first interview or the first system walkthrough, whichever is earlier), we refund the deposit in full. If you cancel inside five working days, we keep the deposit to cover diary time already blocked. We refund any amount already paid above the deposit.

Work already started

Once interviews or system walkthroughs have begun, the engagement is underway. You may still stop the work. We invoice for time already spent at the daily rate implied by the engagement note, and refund any unused remainder of fees you have paid. Materials we have already produced (draft maps, sample notes) are delivered as they stand; they are not a finished report.

Partial refunds

A partial refund applies when we have delivered some but not all of the agreed beats — for example the reading is done but the workshop has not been held, and you do not want the workshop. We deduct the completed beats and refund the rest. We do not refund for dissatisfaction with a finding you disagree with after the workshop; the workshop exists so findings can be challenged before the file is closed.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule the workshop once, with at least three working days’ notice, at no extra fee. A second reschedule, or a change inside three working days, may be charged a RM 800 diary fee. If we must reschedule because of our own diary, we do not charge you, and we offer new dates within ten working days.

No-shows for workshops

If the agreed attendees do not attend the findings workshop and have not postponed in time, the workshop is treated as delivered. We will send the written report. There is no refund of the workshop portion.

What is not refundable

Time already spent on interviews and walkthroughs. The diary fee for a late reschedule. Third-party room hire if you asked us to book a venue outside our Kinrara studio and the venue’s own cancellation rules have already applied. We do not buy software licences on your behalf, so licence costs are never in our invoices.

How to ask

Write to audits@mindpipelinegrid.digital or call +60 3-80761416 with the engagement date and what you are asking for. We confirm eligibility within five working days.

How money comes back

Refunds are paid to the same bank account that paid the invoice, or by the same transfer method. We do not send cash. Processing typically takes ten to fourteen working days after we agree the amount, depending on the bank.

Exceptions

If we cannot complete the audit because you cannot grant any agreed access after two documented attempts, we may treat the engagement as cancelled by you under “work already started”. If we cannot complete because of our own incapacity, we refund fees for undelivered beats in full, including a proportionate share of the deposit.
