Mind Pipeline Grid is a small audit practice in Kuala Lumpur. We do not sell licences, dashboards, or a preferred vendor. We read the CRM application you already pay for — Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Zoho, or a custom build — and write down where the screens disagree with the work.

A process-fit audit of the CRM already in use

We shadow two live paths — a deal, a case, a renewal — from the first record to a closed state. We interview the people who live in the system and the people who have quietly left it. Then we map the official stages against what actually happens in the Klang Valley, in Johor, or on a remote team.

You receive an annotated map, ranked findings, and a ninety-minute workshop. We do not stay to reconfigure the product unless you hire that separately. The point of the engagement is a document your operations lead can defend.
