Data quality and duplicate review
A CRM that cannot tell two companies apart, or that still lists a person who left in 2023 as the owner of forty open records, will lie in every dashboard that sits on top of it. This review treats data quality as an audit subject, not a weekend clean-up.
We agree the rules with you first: what counts as a duplicate in your market, which fields must be trusted for forecasting, how long a record may sit without activity before it is considered dormant. Then we sample, cluster, and show you the evidence in language a sales manager can argue with.
The output is an order of work. It says which clusters to merge first, which fields to stop requiring, and which reports to distrust until the underlying records are repaired. We do not run the merge ourselves unless you book that as a separate piece of work.
