Audit type
Integration and automation review
CRM applications rarely live alone. In the practices we audit, records arrive from website forms, a WhatsApp connector, an accounting export, and a well-meaning operations spreadsheet. Each write can create a duplicate, stamp the wrong owner, or skip a stage that a human would have filled in.
This review inventories those paths. We ask what you believe is connected, then we watch what actually lands in the record. Automations that reassign, auto-close, or stamp a status without a person seeing the case are listed with the risk they carry.
You leave with a picture of the application as a node, not as an island — and a clear note on which connections are load-bearing before anyone proposes a migration.
What is in the engagement
- Inventory of inbound and outbound connections you disclose and we can observe
- Review of automation rules, assignment logic, and silent field overwrites
- Spot-checks of form-to-record and chat-to-record paths
- Notes on what will break if a tool is removed or a licence lapses
Fees are informational. We confirm the figure after the scoping call, against the size of the organisation and the state of the file. Payment is by invoice; there is no online checkout.
