Pre-migration health check
Moving CRM applications is expensive when the old one is copied wholesale — duplicates, dead stages, unused fields, and all. A pre-migration health check is an audit of the source system so the destination is not asked to inherit a mess.
We work before the vendor’s mapping workshops, or alongside them if you already have a partner. Our loyalty is to the record of what exists today, not to the new product’s demo. You can hand our notes to whoever will run the move.
This is not implementation. We do not configure the new CRM. We tell you, in writing, what is healthy enough to travel, what should be cleaned first, and what should be left behind.
What is in the engagement
- Object and field inventory of the current application
- Quality and duplicate snapshot before any mapping begins
- Integration list that must be rebuilt or retired
- A ‘do not copy’ list so old workarounds are not paid for twice
Fees are informational. We confirm the figure after the scoping call, against the size of the organisation and the state of the file. Payment is by invoice; there is no online checkout.
