Audit type
Process-fit audit
Most CRM applications in Malaysian mid-market teams were configured for a process that existed on a whiteboard two years ago. The team has since invented workarounds: WhatsApp threads, a shared spreadsheet, a stage that everyone skips. A process-fit audit sits with those workarounds instead of pretending the official pipeline is the truth.
We do not sell licences, and we do not arrive with a preferred vendor. The object of the work is the application you already run — Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, or a custom build — and the gap between its stages and the way deals or cases actually move in Kuala Lumpur, Johor, or a distributed team.
You receive a map of the real path, a list of findings ranked by how much they distort reporting or slow handovers, and a workshop where we walk the evidence with the people who live in the system. Implementation, if you want it later, is yours to assign.
What is in the engagement
- Shadowing of two live deal or case paths from first record to closed state
- Interviews with sales, service, and operations owners (up to six people)
- Stage, field, and required-entry review against the spoken process
- Written findings with severity, evidence, and a suggested next action
Fees are informational. We confirm the figure after the scoping call, against the size of the organisation and the state of the file. Payment is by invoice; there is no online checkout.
